I'm Katrina, and I'm passionate about preserving stories.
I learned engaging storytelling from my older brother as I listened, enraptured, to his tales. I was also a voracious reader (still am). When I grew older, I became interested in telling true stories, real stories that capture real people's histories.
At the same time, I was picking up skills from my dad and growing in my love for pictures, learning what makes a photo meaningful and timeless. One of my dad's many sayings is, "What makes a good photographer isn't the pictures he takes, but the ones he deletes."
I started Rosy Memories™ with a mission to give others the joy of holding their own memories and stories, and my passion to help people has only grown.
EveryLife books are the perfect pairing of photos, old and new, memories from family and friends, far and near, and personal history, that doesn't get too serious or deep.
